The Douglas College Men's Volleyball team is hoping the new year brings with them some new and renewed luck.

Despite the Royals going 3-1 in October, they went winless in November, including a heartbreak five-set game against the VIU Mariners on November 23rd. The Royals also lost a five-set game against the Camosun Chargers on November 15th. Those two teams rank first and second in the PACWEST standings.

Douglas enters the December break tied for the fourth and final playoff spot with Columbia Bible College. They open up 2025 at home against the Capilano Blues on Friday, January 10th.
