PACWEST Women's Basketball Athlete of the Week - Sydney Fraess

In two important road games sophomore forward Sydney Fraess led the Royals to a convincing sweep of the Okanagan Coyotes. Over the weekend, she shot an efficient 63% from the field, including 75% shooting from downtown and 80% from the free-throw line. On Friday night she led the team in scoring with 17 points and chipped in five rebounds. In the bounce-back game Saturday, she sparked a 24-4 run midway through the second quarter for the Royals to break open a close four-point game. She ended up with 12 points, grabbed eight rebounds had two steals and dished out two assists.
