Jeff Ross is entering his 10th season with the Royals in 2025-2026. He got his start in collegiate coaching with the UBC Women's volleyball program in 2014, and he is still an assistant coach with them while simultaneously leading the Royals. He also stepped in to coach the Douglas men’s program for the 2024-2025 season, leading them to their first PACWEST championship since the 13-14 season and a CCAA Silver Medal.
Ross has also coached with Team Canada in 2019 & was named Volleyball Canada NEXT GEN Assistant Coach for the summer of 2021. He is also an assistant coach for the U21 Program for Summer 2025.
