Jeff Ross is entering his eighth season with the Douglas College Royals. He got his start in collegiate coaching at UBC, where he spent two years on the UBC staff as an assistant before taking the position with the Royals. Ross has also stepped in to work with Team Canada in the summer & Fall of 2019 & was named NEXT GEN Assistant Coach for the summer of 2021. He is also a current assistant Coach with the UBC Women's Volleyball Program.

Born in Battleford, Saskatchewan, Jeff hails from the English River First Nation.
