The Douglas College Royals Women's Soccer team is off to Vancouver Island to embark on a quest to the CCAA National Tournament, to take place at Holland College in Summerside, PEI. They'll be taking on the VIU Mariners, who are the host team.
The Royals had a successful season already, finishing 2nd in the PACWEST table while conceding the fewest goals all season. They'll be led by PACWEST All-Star and graduating senior Kya Cleto, 3rd year All-Stars Pak Tung Tsang and Isabelle Dobbin, plus Co-Rookie of the Year Anna Klaver-Valdez.
The winner of Royals-Mariners will move on to face the Capilano Blues in the gold medal game, with kickoff scheduled at 2:30 p.m. for both matches. All games will be streamed on PACWEST TV. Go Royals!
