It was another successful weekend for the Douglas College women's softball team. On Friday they dominated Edmonds Community College and took the game 10 - 1. Later in the day they earned themselves another victory against the Tritons 6 - 3. The girls now have a 14 - 5 record and are currently upholding a six game win streak. Your Royals will play tomorrow against the Skagit Valley College Cardinals at 1:00pm at Softball City in hopes of continuing their streak. 

The Douglas baseball team continued to struggle on Saturday and fell twice to the Shoreline Dolphins. They didn't manage to score a run in the first game against the Dolphins and fell 4 - 0. Your Royals performed much better in the second game, scoring 5 runs in the sixth inning alone, however they still lost to Skagit Valley 11- 8. They have lost 9 out of their last 10 games but are looking to improve and earn a victory against Fraser Valley Collegiate this weekend.
