For the second consecutive Sunday the Royals have beaten the previously undefeated Falcons and have moved into a first-place tie in the PACWEST standings.

The game on Sunday showed incredible energy as both teams went back and forth in their third meeting of the season. It wasn't until the late stages of the first half that the first goal was scored when Zachari Ouariti-Zerouali found the back of the net. It was his second of the weekend and he scored to open the game on Saturday.

Then shortly after Ouariti-Zerouali's goal, Rozmehr Aghabaygy scored just before halftime giving the home side a 2-0 lead. Oddly enough Aghabaygy also scored on Saturday giving his club a 2-0 lead at the half.

Unlike Saturday however, the Royals held on for a shutout victory with no scoring from either side in the second half.
